SPA POLICIES

CANCELLATION
We are aware that at times there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hour notice for all single service appointments. Multiple service appointments, or appointments requiring a deposit will need 48 hour notice of any cancellation or changes. Failure to give proper notice of changes or cancellations to your appointment(s) will result in a full service charge, as well as any deposits being non-refundable. No show appointments will be charged 100% service charge and will be required to keep a form of payment on file to book future appointments. This policy is in consideration of the value of time of all of our quests and our talented technicians.

 SCHEDULING
We recommend that you schedule your future services while still on the premises. When scheduling more than one treatment, please ask which order is best. Our staff will let you know the best way to book all appointments. 

CELL PHONES
We ask that you turn your cell phones on silent when in the Spa. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all guests receiving services.
STAFF SELECTION
Our staff’s commitment is to provide complete satisfaction and quality of service. It is very common for our guests to work with more than one of our professionals in a given area. If you feel at any time that you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would simply like to try something new, we encourage you to do so. If you prefer to remain with a particular therapist, please make mention of your preference when scheduling your appointment. When booking online, please click the request box next to your therapist’s name.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow check in, slip into a robe and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated services.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
​Please inform us of any medical conditions as it pertains to your service. Please inform your skincare therapist of any oral or topical medications. All massage clients must be past the 13th week of pregnancy.

CHILDREN
​For their own safety, children are not permitted in the service areas of the Salon unless they are receiving services. We request that no children under the age of 10 attend your appointment to ensure serenity for other guests.​
